Entrepreneurship Database (World Bank)

Includes cross-country, time-series data on the number of total and newly registered businesses for 84 countries over the period 2003-2005 collected directly from Registrar of Companies.

 

Doing Business Data (World Bank)

Annual data for 178 countries for 2003-2007. Countries are ranked on their ease of doing business. The doing business index averages a country's percentile rankings on the following 10 topics (giving equal weight to each topic):
